All plans for improvement, additions, landscaping, etc. must be approved by the Architectural & Landscape Control Committees. Please review the Architectural Section of the CC&R's before submitting your request.

Committees will meet monthly to approve requests. All requests are subject to final approval by the Board of Directors and must meet the standards designated in the Covenants Codes & Restrictions of Crofton Hills.
